International Montoro Resources Inc. (IMT.V) is currently exploring for a massive sulphide Ni, Cu, Au, & PGE deposits in Ontario, Canada and reported it compiled various sources of geotechnical data to better understand the size and depth and mineralization with its flagship project the Serpent River / Pecors Nickel, Copper, Gold & PGE’s project.

The company utilized data from their 2007 VTEM survey and a subsequent 3D model along with the completed a 2,322 meter (2 hole) drill program to probe the source of the Pecors magnetic anomaly.

The company reported that drill hole P-15-22 to the depth of 1 km intersected a gabbro body – the source of the magnetic anomaly –yielding sulphides that contained Ni, Cu, PGE values near the base.

Drill hole P-15-23 also intersected the gabbro (magnetic anomaly) and the results indicate it may have made contact with the conductive anomaly returning low grade Gold, Platinum, Palladium, Copper and Nickel values from core samples.

“As the 3D graphic and accompanying 3D video indicates we now have 2 distinct anomalous areas: (Magnetic/Red) featuring a TMI (Total Magnetic Intensity) of 57,000 nT (Nano Teslas) and a (Conductive/ Gold) 33 ohms.” stated Gary Musil International Montoro Resources CEO.

With the addition of the Geotech ZTEM MVI Inversion Magnetic survey derived data, the Pecors Anomaly overall dimensions are now 5.7 km (length) x 4.2 km (width) x 2.2km, (depth) which doubles previous estimates.
The company discovered 1-15% sulphides (pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite and pyrite) which are some of the sulphides attributed to many of the world’s significant massive sulphide Nickel/Copper/Platinum//Palladium/Gold deposits.

The conductive results at Pecors compares very favorably with the Voisey Bay deposit which is considered to be one of the most substantial mineral discoveries in Canada in the last 40 years and is estimated to contain 141 million tonnes at 1.6% nickel.

The Pecors project has the potential to be world class Nickel, Copper, Platinum, Palladium and Gold deposit.
